Jet Set Attire

If you’re like me, then you don’t normally look forward to flying. When you’re back in economy it’s tight, boring, and generally uncomfortable. Though, the exciting thing about flying is the fact that you never know who you are going to meet on the plane. Recently, I was flying by myself and I met a motivational speaker, an artist, and a businesswoman with access to the delta sky lounge! She actually invited me to spend my layover with her and the two kids she was with to the sky lounge. And if y’all don’t know, that place is nice. Buuuut when we walked into the sky lounge, everyone was dressed business casual at minimum while I was wearing leggings and a sweatshirt. Right there and then I promised myself that I would always dress on the nicer side for plane rides.  Scroll down to see what I wore on my last flight, out to Chicago, as well as other good options for plane-wear. xx
